THE Qiang Huang

If you do not know anything about Qiang Huang, I would highly suggest checking out his blog (side bar). He is an incredible painter, but an even neater person. We were glad to have him at APA in Salado.

Our First Portrait Workshop in Salado!!

We are excited to announce the newest addition to our teachers at Andreeva Portrait Academy. From it's inception, the Academy has focussed on portraits, but at our new Salado location, we have yet to have a portrait workshop. Many of you have asked when we would begin scheduling portrait workshops, and this is the time. We are kicking off our portrait workshops with up and coming artist, Susan Carlin. She had a piece recenlty accepted to Salon International at Greenhouse and has a small gallery in San Antonio. Her bio is listed on our website. Qiang's Workshop

The New Location

Many people have been emailing asking about our new facilities in Salado. Here are a few pictures of the new Academy.

Our campus features housing for students and teachers. We have seven bedrooms, two full kitchens, two dining rooms, and enough living space to stretch out. Our studio comfortably holds about twenty students and the school is on about an acre and a half located on Main Street in Salado.
